Insight! You've definitely heard of this word, right? So, have I. But the question is, what exactly is insight? Before I answer, let me tell you what I used to think about it.
Earlier, I used to think that any thought with rational logic or reason that popped into head after observing, thinking something is insight. However, I've realized that's not quite accurate after we had last week's fun session with Shravan bhaiya.
But if insights aren't just fleeting thoughts with rational logic or reason, then the question is what exactly is insight?
Insight is a deeper understanding of why a phenomenon is occurring. This understanding leads to a shift in perspective, allowing you to connect the dots naturally and take actionable steps.

Still confused, let's try to understand insight by eliminating what isn't one. Let's use an example: Suppose your friend received a 1 crore offer from Google in his last semester at IIT.
The first thought that might pop into your mind: 'Wow, he got a 1 crore offer from Google after joining IIT!' But this, by itself, isn't an insight. It's simply an observation or a thought.
People who ask "How did he get that 1 crore offer from Google?" might realize it's not just about IIT. It's about hard work, commitment, and understanding the recipient's routine. By replicating that level of dedication and learning from their approach, you too can increase your chances of landing a similar offer.
Most people only focus on the initial observation – that IIT guarantees a 1 crore job offer. However, people those who try to understand the "why" behind it are gaining an insight. This insight reveals the true reasons for the success.
Thank you for give it a read 😁. Your feedback is appriciated.
