Mental health issues are a growing global concern, affecting millions of people worldwide. According to the World Health Organization (WHO), one in ten people suffer from mental disorders such as anxiety, depression, and stress.
These rates are climbing due to escalating social and economic pressures, making it imperative to address this crisis to improve quality of life and overall well-being.
In week 2 of Mastering Product Management with Rethink Systems and Shravan Tickoo I got the opportunity to work on a case and present it in front of the whole cohort members. Started the presentation with line "We are here to educate you, not to entertain you" and ended with line "Mental health problem ho to HealMe pe aana".
This study focused on mental health, its impact, and how we can use gamification techniques to help people. Through this study, we gained valuable insights into the potential of gamification to support mental health interventions.
